The service

RoAuto makes Chrome extensions that help you queue and run your own prompts and reference images on an AI website, in your own browser and with your own account there: RoAuto Flow works in Google Flow and RoAuto Dola on Dola (dola.com). They do not generate images, videos or answers themselves. They are operated by Doan Hoang Vu, an individual developer (sole proprietor) in Vietnam, trading as RoAuto (also RoAuto Flow), and are independent of Google and of Dola. These terms apply to every RoAuto extension; "the site" below means Google Flow for RoAuto Flow and Dola for RoAuto Dola. Contact: support@roauto.pro.

Your responsibilities

• You need your own account on the site (a Google account with access to Flow, or a Dola account), and you are responsible for following the site's terms and policies and for the content you create.
• Credits, models, limits and availability are decided by the site (Google for Flow, Dola for Dola). The site can change its pages, which may break the extension until it is updated. The extension may also be stopped by the site if it detects unusual activity.
• Do not use the extension to create unlawful or harmful content, to overload the site, or to resell access to the extension.

Plans and fair use

Each extension has its own plan on the same account: RoAuto Flow Pro does not include RoAuto Dola, and the other way round. For each, the Free plan allows 10 prompts per day on 1 device. Pro plans are fixed-length passes of 1 or 3 months that remove the daily limit and allow 2 devices. A safety cap of 2,000 prompts per day guards against automated abuse; normal use, even running all day, stays below it. Pro does not renew automatically. If a Pro pass ends, the account returns to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. A prompt that fails because of the site or the extension is not counted against your limit.

Service interruptions

The site can change its pages without notice, and the extension may stop working until we publish a fixed version. When that happens we show a notice inside the extension. If the interruption lasts more than a day, we extend active Pro plans of that extension by the length of the interruption, rounded up to whole days.

Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer in Vietnam, by card, or by USDT. Card orders are processed by an online reseller that is the merchant of record for that order: Paddle.com or Dodo Payments (RoAuto Flow only), as shown on the checkout page and on your receipt. The merchant of record runs the checkout, charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT (card prices include it), handles billing questions and issues your receipt, and its own buyer terms apply to that payment. Bank transfer and USDT payments are received directly by the developer. The plan is activated on the account you signed in with, after the payment is received and matched to your order. Prices are shown on each extension's page (RoAuto Flow, RoAuto Dola) and in the extension before you pay.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, for any reason, whichever way you paid; each account can get this refund once for each extension, and it may be refused where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. Problems on our side are refunded at any time. The refund policy has the details and explains how to ask.

No warranty

The extensions are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the site will accept every request, that generations will succeed, or that results will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current Pro pass.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it.
